On 2nd April 2023, nine CCP ex- candidates who were part of the 2023 class of Discipleship. Discovery & Development (3D) graduated. The graduation was a culmination of a three month program of intense training and exposure courtesy of Hope Church Lavington. The graduands were awarded certificates and commissioned to go and make disciples for Christ. CCP staff and their guardians accompanied them in the celebration. The ceremony began with testimonies from the graduates about their experience during the ten weeks. Hope Baptist's children and youth pastor, Nicholas Katale congratulated the graduates for their commitment to the lessons and asked them to go out and practice what they have learnt. He shared a sermon from Mathew 28:19-20. He urged them not to follow Jesus if they are not ready to surrender fully and be a disciple that does what Jesus says. The graduates were then given their certificates and allowed to take photos before going home. CCP congratulates the graduates as they begin a new chapter of their life.
