Taking Responsibility
Twenty-nine CCP staff had a brilliant time during a staff outing with the theme “Taking Responsibility” on April 7th, 2017 at Camp Malta, Sagana in Murang’a County. The staff embarked on one and half hours journey to the venue. Upon arrival, the staff had tea followed by ice breaker activities and dividing the group into two teams: Sapphire and Tibim. The day’s activities included relay race, treasure hunt, tag of war and various team building activities. The two groups worked as a team in all the activities in an effort to achieve the day’s objectives which were: team building, sharing & bonding, encourage stronger relationships, unity amongst staff and to have fun. Tibim took the lead by 152,500 points while Sapphire had 150,500 points and were awarded. The staff had a good day and a chance to see everyone in their real self. Thereafter, the staff had a chance to celebrate two of their colleague’s birthday, Hilda Mwavishi and Hannah Mbithe.
